Porsche 928 chosen for Mobil Oil Flat Bed Toy Truck!!!
I was cleaning out stuff the other day and found this toy which I bought 8 years ago in my travels... I've never opened the box... many of you will find the humor in this as I know between my Aston and the 928's I've owned, I'm on a first name basis with the Flat Bed Truck guys here in town...

Make sure the toy flatbed operator does not use one of the rear drop links as
a tie-down point.
Didn't realize till David Lloyd at Musanted working on my car asked if the car had
been towed recently. Had bent rear left droplink.
Wonder what inspired the toy creator to choose the 928 . . .

LMAO! I have the same EXACT toy sitting on top of my big screen TV! My brother bought it for me last year at a gas station for $20. If you put batteries into the tow truck the truck's lights on the roof and in the bumpers will light up!
The tow truck is of fair quailty but the 928 must have been made by someone else (it looks ok from 3ft away).

Last time i got towed, i had to get beligerant with the meathead just to insist that the tow hook on the rear will be just fine.

That's a HUGE 928. It takes up the whole rollback.

6 years ago, my ex father in law knew I always wanted a 928, so he went out and bought me one of those mobil models and as he handed it to me he said," Here ya go, your very own 928. Thats as close as your going to get to one". He had a big chuckle.
I guess he was right. Haha.
