you can see the open hole to the right for the timing belt cover.

actually, Bill has the correct hole for the timing belt cover. I show it on my picture of the pump with all the bolts. the key hole is right above it. cant tell you how many times ive put a bolt in there and then have to re pull the cover to pull that bolt!

i stripped the bolt toward the waterpump pulley directly to the left of the key hole. hope i dont need it!!! it was too late to go back in and tap the hole!
(and i had enough of the waterpump job at that point!)
Bill would have dove back in!!!!

Bill: the hole you point out is the dead hole where there is a key stud, no bolt.
