Driving on a flat tire for even a short while will destroy your sidewall.

I think Kev has swapped them out for another size/style since then and maybe he can fill you in better than I. T

Just happened across this post. As much as I love the look of these wheels, the 19`s were tough on the car. Ride around Phoenix was rough and the fronts at 55ET tram lined and made the car dart around on the uneven road surfaces. The ride on low profile 19in tires was harsh. I still have these wheels/tires if anyone is interested, but have put the original 16in polished dishes back on while I look for some 17in Cup or D90 wheels.

I like the looks of those. What are they off of or who makes them?

G'day, the PO bought them off a NZ mag shop some years ago, he said they were made specifically for Porsche(I guess the 928, correct offset) I am not so sure, anyway I have emailed a picture to a local "porschaolic" who will know, I will get back to you.
The rears are 17x9.5.

Hello, I know this has been discussed at length , but I have an 87 S4 and a set of 8x19 57mm offset and 11x19 67mm offset lobster claws that I really want to use. Any suggestions on tire sizes and rear spacer sizes for the rear to make them work? I've gotta get this right the first time if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated! Cheers!

The ultimate...the coolest ever...the original...the phone dial.

Everything else...is just a feebled atempt at being the coolest.

Okay, just joking around. Tons of great looks to be found.

I have these wheel and tires taking up space in the shop. If anyone local to the Phoenix area wants them, I will let them go with tires for $400.00 You pick them up. PM me and I will send you good pictures and specs.

You are right, classic and ageless just like the 928. We invested in a set of 18" phone dials a few years ago, still waiting delivery, and will be awesome.

Cup-IIs are the next-best in my opinion, but only available in 17" (except for Mille Miglia with marginal offsets) and not quite wide enough for our GT.

In the meantime we stumbled across these RUF speedlines, 8.5 x 18 ET61 fronts and 9.5 x 18 ET48 rears. They were back with red rims, now refinished... I am really liking these.

Ok, I'll throw my hat in the ring too. These are Gemballa Competition Course SL. They are 2 piece rims made by Speedline from the 1990's or late 1980's. The fronts are 225/40-18 and the rears are 275/35-18. Hope you like them.

Yes, those rims look absolutely right on the car. Can you post from a few different angles? I am curious to know how you got your front so low. Are you at the bottom of the coil over adjustment? Are you using a non stock strut bearing perch?
