Drive it for four to six hours continuously, and THEN tell us how you like it.

Ed,
Drop by next weekend and drive my GT. You'll have the "squirtability" of a 911 with all of the ameneties of a 928.

Hey Ed, welcome to the dark side.... Reminds me of a joke. why is duct tape like The Force?

Has a dark side, has a light side and holds the Universe together

Anyway, call me when you get close, I'll do the PPI on it. I'm gonna be working on it later this year, so I prolly ought to have a look at your choices. I'll see you at Roger's next Sat. I may not drive my car though, might FLY in. BTW, I drive a stolen 90 GT, which is, of course the best of the pack!

Ed,

Here are my two. Been driving 928's since 1991 and just got a 911 last year. The 928 is the daily driver and here in Dallas with all the stop n go and Texas heat it is the better car for the job. The 911 is the change of pace weekend car. Average yearly maintenance for me to keep my 928 close to perfect is $1,500 a year. Some years spend nothing, others! This is dealer maintained for the big and messy stuff.

Good luck on the search!

Old V-tail ... my dad had a Baron and a Cessna (don't rememer the model) for years. He actually bought the Baron in the US and somehow managed to fly it to South Africa. Don't ask me where he refuelled.
