contract accepted new shark tank!! I CLOSED TODAY
well it took 2 yrs, hundreds of lookie sees and thousands of searches
contract accepted today!!!
quick overview: 6+ac across street from lake, 3br/3ba, house in center of property so lots of privacy...
oh yeah... and pic #3 ties this in to 928s
still have a lot of bs to go thru but I'm this close

the house is in zebulon, nc halfway between Rocky Mount and Raleigh off of I-64 on Bunn Lake
I could literally put 100 sharks in the front yard..... I could see an occasional gtg of some type
Matt, thanks... for now the 3rd bay will be my work shop as it's seperate from the cars, I have a single car gar attached to the house I'll use for the daily beater

How about using the first 2 bays as a work shop to work on the cars and the 3rd for car strage. It's always easier to work on a car in a double garage. Ohh by the way, looks like a beautifull place!

I dropped off appended contract this am, inspection is on Sat.. I hope to take possession end of the month (FAST)
the driveway is over 400' long! has fireplace w/woodstove, HUGE kitchen, MBR/ba are HUGE!!
the house sits on a hill overlooking the lake, I've had problems getting pics of the front as everytime I go over there you can't see the house due to the fog lingering on the hill....
good news is that I'll be 20 minutes from I-95 so its a good layover spot for sharks headin N/S
and it's SSSOOOO much closer to work
dang, I've been so stressed and anxious I've barely slept in a week... I have a couple more weeks of this and then I can snuggle in by the fire and relax.. thankfully I have a couple months before I have to start cutting this yard
