OK, it's just a slight rub that will knock off some paint. Probably could relieve the plate on the rack at the contact point if you wanted to keep the sawybar pristine.

In your photos It also looks like your sway bar mount brackets are too low. The lower flange of the bracket should be flush with the lower edge of the frame mount on the 928. Doing this will move the bar upward and should eliminate the rubbing.
Also of note, when you put your 928 back on it's wheels the bar rotates upward and that bulged area becomes almost level with the starter (the bulge is there for starter clearance) and should no longer touch there.
Let me know your results after moving the brackets upward slightly.

Ahh okie dokie. I tried to get the brackets up as high and level as possible, but knew the brackets were not lined up with the bottom on the frame. As I mentioned, I had a heck of a time getting it all to line up. I knew it was something I wasn't doing right. I guess since I had the car on jack stands instead of on a lift caused the problem of it not cooperating easily on lining up? I think my driveway is fairly level, but of course, on the jack stands the car was definately at an angle. Without a lift(yet!), I have to jack it & use jack stands. I'm assuming since the car won't be level, I'll have the same situation of it being difficult to move the brackets completely level with the frame. If so, can I then use my bottle jack to push each of the brackets up level with the frame to tighten it all up? Or would it be better to just put the car on four jack stands so the car is level? I've started to get two more jack stands a couple of times recently anyways. THANKS!
