I am not unhappy with my M112, I anticipate going with a twin screw or Gen 6+ at some point in the future. I'm happy to have been driving with a SC for several years now. Let me know about shipping charges for the intake. It will probably sit for a while and if someone wants to borrow it for R&D that should be OK. It looks like you put a lot of work into it.

For sure!!! I actually have another piece I will send with it (I call it the ****ter).. haha, your understand when you see it. It attaches to the back of the supercharger and to the top of the throttle body. The idea was to keep the stock throttle body, air cleaner system, hoses, ect all int the same place. The intake will sit right on your block. The injectors and fuel rails are in the exact same spot. I just decided to go another direction with the Rotrex CS. I am hoping to get it on the Dyno in the next few days, then I will post everything on a new thread. It's a pretty sweet setup, and so so sooo much simpiler. The supercharger can be installed in a few hours, instead of days.

Which frp
When I first installed the SC I switched to the 85-86 FPR. Now the car has 30lb injectors and 8 lbs of boost resulting in 85-90% injector duty cycle. Since I can Sharktune I am thinking the higher pressure stock '88 FPR . Going to 42lb injectors is also a possibility. Thanks for your thoughts.

Is this what your looing for? I have one, but it will need the holes cut for the injectors and supercharger. The supercharger hole location can very depending you your choice and size of supercharger.

Brian, Your dyno numbers (SUPERMODEL 419rwhp/370rwtq) are similar to mine. Are you using the stock, 55lb, fpr? Also, injector size?
Also, I would like to hear of what others in th 8-10psi boost range are using.

I got my car with 30lb injectors, 36psi regulator and custom fuel chip. I put in 42lb injectors, the stock 55psi regulator, 044 fuel pump, SuperMAF, and have tuned the fuel and ignition with the SharkTuner 2. I am currently maxing out the M112 running 8.5psi.

For right now I am going to put the stock regulator in and then reSharktune. At our altitude ( mile high Denver) the 30lb injectors should be adequate. Next summer I will be going to the Wichita meeting. It will be interesting to see how much the denser air will effect the car. Might decide to go to the 42 lb injectors then. Hope to see you there.

I am about to pull my M112 and intake so I can add an IAT sensor for some testing. I believe I have the 2-piece supermodel manifold. I happen to have a set of stock S4 rubber intake gaskets. What is the concensus on what intake gaskets to use during reinstall? I see 4 options:
1) Stock rubber gaskets with 1/8" spacers (McMaster #92415A860): these have shown to work in a couple of other supermodel installs, but DR saw some gasket ripping with his later more sturdy manifold, however it was unclear whether or not the ripping was due to starter fluid during troubleshooting/testing?
2) Stock rubber gaskets with 3/16" spacers (McMaster #92415A861): DR suggested this may not work well with the supermodel intakes
3) DR's 3/32" silicon gaskets
4) Andy's original 3/32" green linoleum with Right Stuff: not a fan of this since I don't think it seals well
Since I already have new stock gaskets, I am inclined to try the 1/8" spacers since they have worked on kits like mine.
Bill B., when you took off your S/C install and sold it, did you see any problems with gasket ripping using the 1/8" spacers?

EDIT: I missed Bill's post about his gaskets after 2 years with the 1/8" spacers. They were slightly cut up, so this doesn't seem like a good option.

My car has not been tuned for anything below 5000 feet. Our ambient air pressure is about 2.5 psi less than sea level so there are a lot of load areas on my maps that have never been used yet. My wife will probably have my PC on her lap all the way to Witchita.
