That's interesting. My car is running the '85-'86 TPS... is that bad?

That's what I've been running. Andy's setup uses the 85-6 throttle, so it would seem to be the best way. I did run a reversed/drilled 88-89 TPS initially. I don't think this is an issue.

You are right Bill,... by reversing the TPS the wiring stays the same.
This is not my problem to running lean.
I tried the factory S4 chip in it today and by adjusting the mixture pot I got a steady 14.7- 15:1 ish but still lean once getting on the pedal on dyno although much better than it was when running the chip I had burnt by John.6lb boost 30lb nozzles. It still came in around 17 to 1
Will run the ST in a fortnight once on dyno again and see what we can do.

Which fuel pressure regulator are you running? Stock 87-9? Stock 85-6? Kirban adjustable? Other? Do you know what your fuel pressure is doing under load?

An 85 regulator should be boost-responsive and not 40 all the time. You should have it hooked up to the manifold so it sees boost.

All,

Please post pics of your Heat Exchanger installs. I just got a new one and it's a lot larger than the original so I'm trying to get ideas where to hang it

My car is running much better now that I stuffed the two heat exchangers (what Andy K. provided with the supermodel kit X2) all the way to the corners. Before, not only were they in the middle, but they were angled with the top edges further back than the bottom edges, contrary to the flow through the bumper cover vents.

Thanks Dan! It's a little different for the 85-86 Sharks. The AC condensor and condensor fan take up a lot of room up front.

I'm looking forward to getting more cool air

I need a little help !

I went autocrossing over the weekend and toasted the powersteering belt. There isn't enough left of it to measure or get any numbers from. This was the original belt that Andy supplied with the kit.

3 or 4 rib. Does anyone have the number for the belt?

Thanks,

Ken

Did you see the Ford heat exchanger I put in Shane's car? It's from the SVT Cobra, usually on eBay for around $50.

Any pics of where you installed it? I bought the same H/E and I didn't see a good spot to put it up front without blocking air flow to the radiator.

Give me a few and I'll see if I can get some for you.
