Default Post The Link To Your Shark In The Registry.

Are you in Chuck's 928 Registry? If so, post your link so we can check out your car in detail.

Here's mine: http://www.928registry.org/1993-928GTS-early-0064.htm

(FWIW, my car is GTS #3 in the resgistry.)

The registry is a great tool, and came in very useful when looking to buy.

I see no way to update either without totally resubmitting. I also see that the "List your car for sale" page is just another register your vehicle page.

I need to resubmit and update for the 928 that I just bought and list for sale my other 928 but it does not look like a straightforward automated thing.

I have to say that Chucks Registry is the BEST bang for NO BUCK!!!! I totally support his efforts!!!!!!!!

I have tried to get many to register their cars. I hope it has helped.

Let me tell you a little story here. The last listed link for the 1979 cabrio. I aquired the car and knew nothing about it...couldn't even look it up at the DMV due to the older VIN. I listed the car for the fun of it on Chucks site....even though it looks a bit embarrasing, it IS accounted for. Two weeks ago I received an email from someone. He was the second owner of the car and had all of the modifications done WITH pictures to show me!!!!! He has given me a brief history of the car and I have plastered him with LOT's of questions. He is working on getting all of the info for me and will be contacting me shortly. I hope to make a special post as this is turning out to be QUITE a story!!!
He saw the car and immediately contacted me! He had not seen it in years!

Had it not been for the Registry, I would not be learning the history of the cab. I WILL be posting the saga!

Thank you Chuck!!!

I sent in info on my car back 6-8 months ago, never got any response & my car was never posted. Not sure if he got my info ok or not. I resent it again about a month ago, & again didnt get a reply to know if it was received ok or not, but I know the site states it was last updated in Oct. & the second submission was after that date. So I'm hoping that my car will be added in with the next update. I have greatly enjoyed looking at all of the sharks there & reading some of the histories, etc. Its a fantastic site!
