If you replace the TT with a rebuilt one from 928 Intl, you won't need the Loctite. You can install the early shim/retainer system instead. If you do so, that would be the time to do the TC bearings as well. That's my plan. Oh, the rear main seal would be a good WYAIT job. But, I really would not do any of this until you have a better reason. My TC bearing whine is a good reason, but I have driven 6 months, including a lot of hard driving, and it has not changed. It's just a matter of time, so I will get to this soon enough.

IMHO, on these later automatics, the Torque Converter Bearings should be replaced every 75K miles. Same interval for the Torque Tube rebuild.
I replaced those bearings on mine at 90K and they were quite worn, with significant axial play. With new torque converter bearings, you should have no drive flex plate migration.
For the torque converter bearings, Porsche selected deep groove bearing which handle axial (thrust) loads better than standard ball bearings.
