Thats the evaporator core and heater core all in the plastic box under the dash.
I have a condensor and dryer as well as a compressor I could weigh for you.

Some have said the rear bumper and struts are worth 40 pounds.
On this 1978, they were 32 pounds.

I think they may have said: "rear bumper + 'ettes + shocks = 40lbs"

40lbs off the back + 25lbs off the front = schweet handlin' rig

I'd love to understand more of what is going on there with the front suspension, but the translation is just horrid.

Jim, you dog. It sux, what else? I am way behind (or should I say "weigh") of where I should be at this point in time. I hate roadwork, the weather won't cooperate anyway (2 inches of snow Wednesday!), and when I get off of work at 9 PM, who has time to exercise? Grrrr.

Still, I have not given up yet.

Regarding the lug nuts referenced in frame 83, these don't look to have the conical seat area that the factory lug nuts have. They look like they're just a straight taper, and if so, are okay to use?

Roughly 24 gallon fuel tank vs 16 gallon fuel cell.....

Not including gasoline.

Duct tape OK? OK, OK - electrical tape? JB Weld? Paper clips and chewing gum?



I'll be using extra-wide foot aluminum rivets spaced every 1.5 inches. The wide foot should not crack the polycarbonate as they are clamped down. I have used these with success on the NACA ducts, fender lfares, and louvers.
