Just a reminder to those who are on the fence or just plain forgot to make their hotel and Sharktoberfest arrangements. There's only a week left to get the special hotel rate. With all the cars, you may need an early registration to park within walking distance [kidding...] of the Big Event. Two good reasons to take amoment to get 'er done right now.

SoCal928, 928 International, and a whole slew of fellow 928 enthusiasts will all miss you if you don't make it!

Drive, eat, drink, talk, repeat. Stuff we all do well, better in a large group.

Get on it if you are coming and staying at least overnight, otherwise you will not find a room in the area as good or inexpensive as this.

On another note, it is sounding like there is going to be quite an attendence. Based on new figures, we may just have a record attendence on our hands.

The event is in THREE (3) WEEKS!!!!!!!

Correct last year Scott, Mark's son, made a number of keys on our key machine. Now as the proud owner of his own 1990 S-4 Scott should be here ! We are looking for all the 928s we can get Saturday to set the record for most 928s in one spot. I wonder if Porsche ever had 200 cars at the factory at one time ?? We will have the key machine running !

Do we still meet up at 928 International Sunday at 9 am? I'm going to be staying at my aunt and uncle's in Irvine and will rush up the 5 first thing at 7.

Bad news is I'm still on the hook for Jury Duty, good news is I'm flying out today anyway and am going to take my chances. Unless something unexpected happens I should not be missed. The one this week was plea bargained (drug charges), so if the rest follow suite for another three weeks they might never know I was gone.

It's a week away! It's a week away!

Man, you guys just aren't gonna believe what kind of weekend SF05 is going to bring. I am having trouble sleeping lately thinking about all of the fun in store.

This being our 3rd annual Sharktoberfest, we believe we have zeroed right in on what 928 owners want out of an event and I really think you folks are going to have one hell of a time!

It is going to be a big turnout based on all of the response we have had. ...Oh, and the things that we have planned for attendee's are going to be awesome!

I know there are many folks dedicating this weekend to shining the shark...me included! I am also keeping my fingers crossed for a bit of a surprise for the event...a bit of eye candy fo sho!

If you are a last minute attendee and still need a hotel room at the SF rate, you need to contact me directly so I can get you in. We have many that have pre registered and we thank you for that. You just don't know how much easier it makes things for us when we don't have to do it all on Saturday morning. The girls will be slammed with lot's of things to do. So if you can get online and get the registration done before the event, you will be helping it run much smoother.
