The legal US headlight height window is 22" to 54", AFAIK.

Here's one from the UK:

I think the red Gemballa that was on ebay a few months ago looked the same... no pop-ups with the Knight Rider hood.

To me, removing the headlights entirely would be like removing the eyes from a beautiful woman.

You won't be able to see/do this anymore...

AND your "SHARK" will have a corvette or integra front end.
Keep your beautifull retractible bugeye lights...you'll thank me later.
There is nothing like a fabuless "kit car look" I allways say.
As a side note : think of the incredible "rise" in value it will bring.
That, is what I have to say about that...

ps; I just washed my car today and decided to pop the *****... I mean the lights for a clean. Man, these are like women's "bosom"; the roundess, the softness, I will never "chop" these off...

I had look at some to go with my Jacquemond kit. In fact I placed an order for these from the UK, but cancelled it and decided to go stock pop-up.

Porken has many ideas on removing the popups. Its an option, and sometimes a good one.

I like the 997 lights idea.
