So, June is officially out to allow recovery for SITM participants. 4th of July holiday week is out. Last two weeks of July are out for those who prepare for Devek the first weekend in August. Kinda narrows it down to the second week in July, if we want to honor the existing event schedules.

July is summer tourist season in RMNP. The snow is pretty much gone from the roads by then so that would be cool. The big Cheyene, Wy. rodeo is in that time period sometime, and that's a definite day trip from Boulder if the schedules coincide. BIG party!

If the timiing is right, we may head up into Montana for some family visiting/touring after the Colorado event. Depends on work schedules as always.

Actually you may be on to something there, I think we should be sure to have it on a Full Moon so we can all get REALLY crazy and do burnouts all night like Bill Ball did at Sharktoberfest!!

Of all the weeks huh!
Second week is good for me, i usually bid my vacation then as im not senior enough to get the 4th off. As a family we are usually in MN for the month but ill have the car in Vegas for the trip to Denver. Somehtign tells me this would be a time that would see the most Boosted 928s in one location... EVER

FYI...2006 Bonneville 100 Open Road Race is July 13-16 For us left coasters Bonneville is on the way to or from Colorado...for the others, it's not that much further out of your way....

Heinrich, would you be coming down to California and then over through Nevada, or would we all come up to Oregon or maybe somewhere in southern Oregon before heading eastward? I know the SoCal 928ers want to join up on the way up.

My youngest son is getting married in July. Firming up the date shortly. Oh well I might have to miss the wedding unless they can have it in Denver, or somewhere along the way. Just kidding of course!
Looks like it may be goodbye Denver and hello SITM.
