Henrich has worked on so many 928s that he is able to twing the cambelt and tell by the pitch if it is properly tensioned. So, he no longer needs this tool.

Heinrich, will you throw in a Kempf spring powered tester with this one?

Wow... that's starting off at more than I paid for mine -- brand new, never used(claimed). Still far below list though. Good luck!

who needs the tool, when you have the "probe" and magic marker?

Just 8mm of movement and you are at 5.0 on the porsche meter. (14mm is more like 4.0 and thats a half a turn on the tensioner bolt)

Hmmm so Dave you paid $460 for the tool and the calibration bar, brand new? Today the pair sells new for over 710 bucks plus shipping.

Yeah... inflation sucks. That's a fair price to start at, no doubt about it... I was just a tad surprised, and even more surprised when I went and looked at the current list price as compared to just a short time ago...
