Brett , yes Stan was the 1st one. Guess we must have run Rosie to hard coming back from Whictha nice drive .

We didn't run Rosy too hard! Wichita was an easy lope! I'll remember that event for a long while!!!!
After going through all the fuel system, and the problem wasn't fixed, I started looking on the Rennlist for other solutions, and someone pointed out the problem with the knock sensors pigtails, which definitely showed the bad signs. Took the intake off, and found a vacuum connection broken, and dropped off of the bottom of the throttle body, and then found that the boot between the MAF and throttle body, had a 1.5-2" long through crack!
Someone local here, while the intake was off, told me to get a new idle speed actuator, since I was over 100k, someone else on the Rennlist had a cracked breather hose, ordered those, while the injectors were off anyway, sent them out to be rebuilt, checked, and cleaned, and during that process, managed to find a source for a correct fitting, with the reverse ball seal, for the end of the fuel rail, to fit a fuel pressure sensor. Then poor Shane (?) had his fuel hose disaster, looked at mine and found one with 5 cracks in the line, and heard that our suppliers are all out of new lines now, so my injector service fellow is trying to locate an aftermarket source of lines.
And, while the intake was off, why not take the valve covers off as well, and get the corrosion taken care of, by having them powder coated.
Oh yeah, send the LH out and see if it needs repair, yup. Took care of a problem that had been in the car since we bought it.
LOTS of wyit sessions......
And on, and on, and on.....
And I still need to work on the AC!

I'm on the road in scenic Hood River, Oregon putting in 11+ hours a day at a sawmill near here. I'm supposed to be back in Michigan the 22nd, so I may be able to make it but don't count on it. I may at least put in an appearance, so if someone can supply times and directions I'll try to at least stop and say hello, even if I can't stay.

okay people I have a head count as of this afternoon we have 15 cars and 36 people that plan to attend! Not bad but maybe more will show .

Bill,
I sent you an email, You can stay at my place if you would like. I have a 31' motor coach that you can stay in that is much nicer then the hotel. Also it would be easier to get a bunch a sharks together Saturday night like we did the last time you were up here.
