Not bad Andy! We'll hav to get together sometime and compare "neighbor irritation index". I live over in Eastlake Trails, so we're probably within 'earshot' of each other

Thanks very much for the compliments guys!!!
Unfortunately the 928 wont' be coming to Pomona. The car in that pic looks exactly like mine but I have polished C2's
I am very very pleased with the sound and took it for a drive just a min ago. I must say that I'm going to be driving with the windows down more often All in all I would say that this is THE VERY BEST UPGRADE I'VE EVER DONE on this shark.
Thanks for coming over Bill! It was great to share knowledge and a few beers of Porsche's most underestimated, yet IMO, greatest Grand Touring car ever produced. Looking forward to seeing you again later on.

Best thing i did to my exhaust after the RMB was to modify the catbypass with a set of glass packs.
Sounds good and after my last dyno i didnt loose any power.
87S4 with a RMB.
With the airpump fitting and an hour with some zip strip, they look like a set of aftermarket cats
This is what it sounds like tossing out 402 HP ther other day on the dyno. The camera/sound was at the front of the car.

as they say....crank it up.

Not bad!
Generally loud exhausts like that sound awesome at idle, and when you rev it up a bit at a stoplight, etc... But in daily driving, it can get to be a bit much. But both of those systems sound really nice!
Anything is better than stock!
It's sad to have such a beastly car with a v8 sound like such a pussycat...
So I give my thumbs up to the project! Good job!

Sounds great guys!
There goes the stealth factor. I used to have a car with no cats or mufflers when I was 18, just glasspacks and I swear the cops could find me without even looking for me. When I would get on the gas I think they would become confused and not know (especially at night) which neighboorhood side street I was zipping down to make my getaway! But on the highway or open road they would find me really easy and they loved to tailgate me. I had a couple of them pull me over and give me a warning on the mufflers, I guess the neighborhood wasn't too happy waking up on my watch.
It was fun while it lasted.

You should hear it live
You can best pick out the SC sound at the beginning, from there it gets drowned out a bit from the dyno and engine noise.
My video camera that i snagged the audio from was about 8ft from the SC at the front of the car.
