I was watching a re-run of Magnum PI and he was chasing a 928 in the Ferrari. The 928 won. And yes I remember when Magnum PI was not re-runs.

There was a goofy cop, good lady vampire vs Mafia movie on the tube.
Don Rickles (for real) was the Mafia Don's Lawyer.
They showed just one scene of Rickles disembarking - just closing the door- on a 928
up in Squirrel Hill in Pittsburgh.
Innocent Blood (aka A French Vampire in America) is a 1992 film. The gangster and horror genres come together head-on in this typically stylish and tongue-in-cheek offering from John Landis. The film is unique in that it is set and was filmed in and around the Pittsburgh, PA area. The "Little Italy" of Pittsburgh, a portion of the Bloomfield (Pittsburgh) neighborhood, clustered around Liberty Avenue, is recognizable in many of the film's outdoor urban scenes. Actors Tony Sirico and David Proval have supporting parts as gangsters, foreshadowing their roles in The Sopranos. - Wikipedia

Anne Parillaud naked is another good reason to check it out.

Any X-Files fans here? I swear there's a 928 in the season two episode Sleepless, but it's hard to tell for sure. It's the car parked behind Mulders taxi when he goes to the sleep research facility.

Days of Thunder, a white OB w/ S4 wing and JaqueMonde flair kit!

The scene is when Cole Trickle (Tom Cruise) leaves the hospital on the roof.

The show The Garage, last week, had a S4 -up 928, for a split second, sitting in the garage waiting to be worked on. I will be impressed if anyone ever posted this before.

I remember a great chase scene between Lee Majors driving a gold 928 & 'the bad guy' in a red Ferrari 308 on one of the episodes of 'The Fall Guy' - This is going back approx 25 years, but I remember it pretty clearly. It was kind of 'the end chase scene' of the episode. The fall guy finds the bad guy's warehouse ( full of stolen sports cars naturally ) & the chase begins. it was quite a long sequence from what I remember.
For any Fall Guy fans out there, it was a double ep with a young girl guest staring - Lee Majors was protecting her from the criminals etc...

I just saw the movie "Heartbreaker's" with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Susan Sarandon

Towards the beginning there is a scene showing a car coming out of the junkyard and there is a OB without a hood and fenders (pale tan color).

don't forget "Looker" starring certified car-guy James Coburn, Albert Finney and Susan Dey. Finney drives an OB which ends up in the water 2 years before Tom Cruise puts one in the lake.

They left out "Boa vs. Python" (2004). Cool clip of a "bad a**" Military guy arriving on the scene burning doughnuts in a red Euro S4.

I have a clip of it recorded from my TV, it is a 5 meg AVI file. I can forward it if someone wants to post it on Youtube etc.
