It is a US spec car (look at the side markers) and therefore CLEARLY NOT a '92 model. Could be a '93 with CUP II wheels, but more than likely it is a '94/'95 GTS...

Just watched "Days of Thunder" with Tom Cruise. Anybody noticed the white 928 on the parkinspot at the hospital? It's not mentioned on IMCDB.

I actually noticed that when the film came out! That's supposed to be Doctors' parking...hence all the Euro metal. Some of the worst acting ever by Nicole Kidman and not much better from Tom Cruise. Good spotting!

Another 928 GTS spotted in a movie
Seven minutes into 'Take me home tonight' you see the back end of a black 94 or 95 GTS with silver cup II's. Look for the lead characters to leave a car dealership. You will spot it in the back ground with dealer plates.

I saw a 928 in Law&order SVU once. It's in the episode (I think season 4 but I cant recall the episode number) where detective Benson gets attached to some rock star lady's adopted, neglected, somewhat self-destructive, and attention-seeking daughter and the lady gets a restraining order for Benson. its right in the opening scene but I forget what color/age.

I think I found another 928 movie appearance, wasn't listed in imcdb. its in the background of 48 hours at 58:20, but its quite blurry. it looks like a OB, no chin spoiler, but that makes with the years (published 1982)
