Up here in the great white north, we use alcohol laced water as windshield-washer antifreeze. Do you see any issues with that for the intercooler? I like the idea of preheated washer-fluid, actually, but it'll raise a few eyebrows when they see steam rising from the windshield in the sub-freezing temps.

Brian,
I suggest using as little alcohol in the mix as reqired to keep it thawed. Use Distilled water also. You'll probably need to mix in the alcohol pretty often as the heat will cause it to evaporate quickly.
Sure you don't want to drive down to SoCal? We'll get yours done this weekend too.
