So... here is the 1st impressions on the SC on the GTS.
1st of all I thought the car would be a little clumsy driving around town, not rev properly, get hotter than normal, stall, sound like a train coming down the track... nothing could be further from the truth.
The carhas no issues driving at low rpms around stop sign to stop sign. This thing is quite until you get on it then it has this amazing snarl you will have to hear for your self... then back to idle V-8 burble with RMB. While sitting at some stop lights we noted how the car settled between 780 and 820 RPM every time... no fuss and the cars temp remained dead center of the gage the whole time. I t did not budge when it reached it s optimum temp.
In one area we got it up tp 3.3 PSI no issues. This car is seat of the pants faster now... no kidding... G FORCE city. The power is on tap through the range. Shifting became less problematic for passing, just let the boost pull you through.
To add the icing on this cake for today, my mom who is visiting was glad that I finally got this thing running but she said "Do you think this car would be reliable every day to work"... and I immediately said I had no doubts about it... solid as a rock.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to replace the lower radiator hose that one of the belt was snacking on so I have a little more work to do. Once that is replaced and a little more tuning... I think a dyno day is in my future.

Boost is low because I never floored it... I never got above 4k RPM's during the inital testing.
Issues with vacume leaks initialy during 1st instal were minor but noticable... we just didn't have the right gasket between the manifold and the block. Remeber my 1st setup was a prototype from back in October. The new gasket... no vacume leaks whatsoever.
Mike must have sprayed a half can of starter fluid to find a leak.
I am going to try and post a pic tonight.
