There are 2 more parts to this show that illustrate a good deal of the techniques I used.
That is all part of a TV show I had running back then for the Québec equivalent to PBS.

I'm an IT Consultant for various large companies (and governments) specializing in End User Experience monitoring. In a nutshell, if you go to Target.com for example, and it takes you longer than average to load a webpage, someone somewhere gets an alert a few seconds later, so they can see if there's an issue and fix it before anything crashes.

Actually yes. The show was broadcast in both English and French. I still have one of the original tapes somewhere. I will try to dig it up and put it on my website, so people can see where my addiction to details started from

Lab thecnician in a newspaper mill here in Gatineau.
Working there for the past 29 years doing many jobs.
But I don't know for how long, very rought times now in the paper mill industries.
Also I have a small sign business since 1987.
My 928 was a gift (from me ) for all those years working two jobs.
