We can do them in vinyl or leather. Vinyl is $900 installed and the leather is $1100 installed. The vinyl is sewn up the same as the leather. That includes removing any bad vinyl, repairing cracks and covering the dash with a 1mm closed cell foam prior to cover installation. The end result gives a nice factory fresh finish without being too puffy and eliminating cracks showing up in the future.

Talk to @Rob Edwards before diving into Just Dashes. They can do good work, just depends on the overall goal of the car. I was pretty sold on the idea of using them for my 78 until talking to Rob and a few other folks.
Here's a good thread on the subject:

@olmann took over Paul Champaign's operation and does incredible work. This is the current direction I'm going with the dash / center console etc.. for my 78.

I talked to Rob at Frenzy and I got the impression that the guy who took over his business was slammed. Has anyone dealt with him recently?

The Classic 9 leather or vinyl cover is another great option. Especially for the DIY'er who wants to install it themselves. Which I'm probably going to do with my 80:

Slightly off topic, but the dash on my Cayenne is lifting in multiple places. I think removal would relatively straightforward, but then the question becomes do I send it to one of these spots for leather, or swap in a nice vinyl dash for likely less cost? The vinyl Cayenne dashes never have any issues, but I'm not sure that was even an option on my Turbo. If it were a 928 I'd stay original to the car, but I'm not so sure it matters as much on a Cayenne.

"Porsche 928 Dashboard Cover for us to professionally install in our shop, or your local upholsterer to install."
Since I don't have that skillset, let the local professionals do their thing, while I work on something else.

Rod @Classic 9 leather is excellent (per my highly regarded Alfa restorer), he is also doing Alfa Romeo upholstery, there is a good possibility he'll be doing my GTV interior.
