If you're concerned about getting close to correctness this is what it all looked like originally:

44 and 45 are NOT molded but had this weird slow spiral seam in them. Appropriate size water hose is fine and these guys have nice stuff: https://belmetric.com/hose/

They also got Vac hose down to M3 which works fine on all this stuff.

The molded hose going to the rad is a molded hose, not spiraled. I've only used "used" ones but there is room to make the turn with a straight hose..(not as pretty)

They dont have to be "correct" just the right size...that radiator vent hose..ya..tough one.

Helping a friend refresh a very nice mid year '78 rescue...well, nice, all thing considered, and it's survival story.

My solution to #46 (which was missing in my car) was a molded elbow hose trimmed to fit, and an inline coupler to some bulk hose.

Not at all concours correct, but it is functional.

For #46, I don't recall any problem with fitting a straight hose.

I just did this:
- #46 available thru Porsche (later model cars) but not long enough to do 44 (by an inch or so - insert curse here)
for 44 and 45, I used bulk hose

- i yanked the EGR and it’s 6 or so vacuum hoses. Very happy with how it runs but I don’t have to deal with Cali smog.
