***'89 S4 Sudden Electrical Issue After Car Wash***
After an automatic car wash early last week the interior lights, digital read out on the pod, hatch release, power mirrors, fuel, temp, oil gauges are wonky but voltage gauge is OK. Of course thinking something got wet, I checked the CE panel and pulled it away and everything is dry. fuses are good. Grounds under dash, spare tire cover and up front are good. Since i believe these items are not related (?) where is the next place to look? I have not jacked it up to thoroughly check the engine to body ground strap (tightly packed in garage).
UPDATE: Fuse number 24 blown operates all the above!

Similar thing happen to my 89s4 couple years ego
Water goes under the hood in the 14 pin connector
I unplug the connector, unscrew the pole 11mm bolt, WD40 and green pad clean all contacts, electric contact cleaner, problem solve!
