Thanks again Greg, Kevin, JP for another great Frenzy. As Seth said the rain didn’t dampen our spirits, and it was great to see everyone again, and meet some new folks too.

Sure, it did rain for much of the weekend, but that did not seem to keep us from having a good time. I like to summarize my view of the event by saying, "Everyone brought their positive attitude to Frenzy with them." I saw a lot of smiles over the weekend and heard a lot of laughter. Another successful 928 family reunion !!

Yes, the rain did not dampen the good times and conversations ! Headed out early Sunday with my Canadian friends til Harrisburg, and picked up Dave C and Brian B (traveling in Dave’s 911 Turbo) all the way to New England. 10 1/2 hours.
Thanks again to Greg, Kevin and Daryl for all they do for us to have a great Frenzy time.
1242 miles round trip, 19.7 average mpg, 59 average mph ( and 1 bird kill)!

Kudos to Greg, Kevin, JP, Shawn, Otto and everyone else who had a hand in making another great Frenzy happen. Thanks again to Darryl for hosting and for Roger/928sRus, Jeannie/928 Specialists and the items from Bruce Bade's family for filling up the door prize table.
As mentioned, the weather didn't dampen any spirits and I found that I spent more time talking to folks and meeting new ones because of this. Instead of wandering the parking lot at Odds & Ends, we were all close and cozy inside, which led to more conversation. Stan had a more captive audience for the excellent tech session as well. Then there was the follow-on "tech session" for Chuck and Joyce's '85. Fortunately, it wasn't the thrust bearing causing his issues. Thanks to Stan for taking to time to hook him up. I think the same applies to after-dinner socializing in the lobby and bar. I'm sure O'Malley's considered the weather quite a score for them Saturday night.
I believe we all did our recently lost 928 friends Ron Carr and Steve Hoyt proud with another great community gathering of friends and I think we can consider this an appropriate "celebration of life" for them. They will be sorely missed, but I know we will always carry fond memories of the great times we had together.

It took me 14 years of 928 ownership to finally make it to Frenzy. Thank you, Dave C., for kicking me hard enough this year. Kick a bit harder, and next time I'll actually bring my car . It was great meeting some folks for the first time that I seem to have known for years through these forums and seeing others that I have crossed paths with at other venues. What a great cast of characters! As has been said many times, these cars bring together the best people. Thanks to Greg N. and all others involved for hosting a great event.

With the great tutorial, I'll check it next time the car is up on the lift, but I assume I'd see more metal in the below report and have other symptoms mentioned if I had a potential issue.
As an example, here's a UOA history on my 84 Euro S Auto Trans car over the last 14k miles or so.
