Thanks, and yeah, we did have fun. It took a little antibiotic cream when we got home on a couple scratches. We got to watch a couple guys dismantle a complete Volvo wagon that just reached the yard yesterday with professional speed. I admired their efficiency. I also discovered that the allen head bolt holding in the rear seat backs is a 5.5mm. We brought five and six, but not 5.5.

Rob, you probably remember that we're about the same height. My son is too, and some guy asked him how tall he was as a precursor to telling us he had a cousin who was nine-feet eleven-inches.That was actually one of the more believable things that guy said.

Photos of the parts for those who had requested them (I apologize for picture quality and volume of pictures). For those who requested, just let me know if you still want the parts and we'll figure out shipping. I just had a couple bathrooms remodeled, so have acres of cardboard right now, but I think the rear quarters will still be challenging.

If you don't want the parts after all, it's no hard feelings and no problem. Like I said, my financial layout was minimal and we had fun.

Back of driver side rear quarter. The leather is shot and there is a break in the plastic at the rear speaker. It appears they enlarged the hole (inelegantly) to accommodate the rear speakers. I have the hangstraps and hardware that go on the upper front for both sides. Rear quarters were $24 each with tax, so $48 for both, plus shipping, which will be the bear.

Passenger rear quarter

Driver rear quarter. Leather is torn around the speaker.

Passenger rear quarter. No breaks that I could see. The speaker is broken. I will remove the speakers before shipping to save weight. They aren't worth even that cost.

Center console. The shift surround is broken. I think it was broken by whoever ripped out the shift **** and boot. It has the hazard switch, I believe a door lock button(?) between where the HVAC head and radio go, another one I don't recognize (round on right side), and the vent door. Vinyl is slightly lifting on sides, but the part looks okay overall. This was $18 with tax.

Back of the center console.

Passenger door panel. It has a break in the plastic in the usual place in front of the arm rest mount. Otherwise, it's pretty good and we have the bolts and screws, plus some of the black clips. We have the trim ring and lock **** (the insert disc was ruined prying it off). Comes with the coin tray in working order but having been repaired some time ago, and the arm rests for both sides. Vent wings are all there, I think. It was $25 for panel and armrests.

Up for grabs: rear too tray. People said to grab this, so I did, but nobody has specifically said they want it. It's in okay shape. Leather or vinyl is pulling away, there are some cracks in the plastic. But it could be cleaned up and be serviceable. $12.

Sorry, but I wasn't able to get the following because they were either already gone, not accessible, or destroyed:
  • Locking gas cap - Hernanca - GONE
Matt, no worries! It was a long shot and I appreciate you trying.

Most important was demonstrating a healthy challenge to your son!
