Default 928S Euro Manual Coolant Leak

First of all sorry if this thread is not in the right place. Will correct if need be.
Carwise: easy drives until 100-120km/h no loss of coolant. When opening the engine a bit (quite speed relaxed still in Portugal) it starts to lose coolant. At 170-180kmh around a liter every 30 mins. Not enough with the heat and evaporation to pinpoint the origin. No apparent hissing sound after a heavier load. Any such issue with anyone? If not, at least some ideas as to what I should do. Thamk tou very much in advance.

Miguel

Thanks for the reply. Had oil in coolant a while back. Leaky radiator replaced. Fully flushed a sorted. Oil at level. At 3/4 of the rod for the last 2000kms

OK, just making sure you aren't seeing the coolant migrating into the engine via a headgasket leak.

Cheers

Back of my head scary thought….oil clean, with no signs of cross contamination

Start with replacing the cap on the coolant reservoir.

Get a pressure tester and pressurize the system to 15-16 psi and if the needle is falling slowly, find out where the coolant is going. An ultrasonic sniffer someiimes helps pinpoint it too. Helped me find a leak at the water bridge on one of mine.

You can pull the spark plugs and examine them for coolant deposits. Could be going out the exhaust pipe.

What a cool looking car you have… Looks like it’s getting used property.
