Yes, I think 25 % are manuals, early cars more, later only a few...

The challenges of fully refreshing are different than 15 years ago. Common refresh parts including Bosch injection, LH, ezk sensors, are much more expensive. Getting into a top end refresh is no longer writing up a parts list for a quick casual Visa charge.
But, community members have shown up with parts alternatives where NLA and near-NLA parts are happening. It looks like there is stem cell injection for a second life for our cars.
