We are still finding and rescuing more and more of these on a regular basis and I love to see our forum threads start up with a restore project of one that we find. From basket cases to barn finds this is a group of "never say die" devotees....as these cars continue to become more and more understood and desired I actually expect that number to level off and increase (fully roadworthy cars). I have yet to see a restored one go back to the weeds....they may languish in a garage but as we are also responsible stewards we know when it may be time to say goodbye so the car can continue to be cared for by one of us.
But, community members have shown up with parts alternatives where NLA and near-NLA parts are happening. It looks like there is stem cell injection for a second life for our cars.
