Ha! Not even close!
Finally pouring 80 yards of concrete into the wall forms this afternoon. 8" thick x 11 ft tall section of walls.
There were of course delays in getting all of the forms. Building is difficult to schedule these days because of competition for materials. Just over a month behind schedule...

This weeks progress was moderate with lots of high forming and bracing for the upper sections of the walls. Late next week we should have the final wall pour and the roof trusses should arrive in 10 days...

I really need to go to see this place and all your very nice cars for real someday...
I'm retiring next year. If you ever set up something, I'll be there...
I really like your enthusiasm with the 928 and all your project Dave.
Keep posting any progress...

You are welcome at my campfire anytime! No need for an event, just come when it is convenient (and the border opens)...

Only one asymmetric lift and no dyno. This is not a "working shop" per se. I'll do most of my maintenance, but the purpose of this building is storage, display, pleasure, and a good way of holding/developing industrial zoned property as an investment. I know, it's not as exciting as building a full on "race shop"... I simply want a clean place to enjoy the toys.

Its not quite the middle of nowhere, but it is close!
Not sure we will be pouring the concrete into the upper forms this week, Having trouble with storms and high winds... Plus the trusses are delayed for two weeks because they are being trucked from Wisconsin and at 78' long and 16 tall they have to be on a special truck and low-boy trailer & escorted. The permit is taking longer than normal.
