Let's all agree that on paper and on the street, that bike should have been faster. It was but not by much in this instance. I think all of my bikes (stock) except the little YSR should beat any stock 928, although it might be close on the loaded down 82 CBX.

Hey Mike D. (ATR-1),
Do you always fail so miserably at making a favourable first impression?
As they say in Montana - Get along, or go along...

Hi Randy. Did you read all the posts? This guy atacked my wife. My car or me is one thing but lets be real. If I dissed your wife in this public forum how many minuets would it take you to lock me out? All I did was make a coment that Heinrick should stick to racing Subarus and he went off on me. Did you warn him to "Get along or or go along"? I did not go personal tell he did. So why threaton me and not Him? When he said in the thread " this thread is over" I did that. So what gives? I have done other threads and had no problems but when I run into a jerk I am not going to run and hide. Sorry to bring this back up but I did not see your post because I thought it was over. Mike D

So I was a jerk for saying I had kept up with my friend on his bike? Or was I a jerk for replying to your "go back to racing subarus, it's more believable" with a "you have junkers, go back to driving those"?
After that you said "F*ck off heinDICK" etc ... Who is the jerk?

I had a Kawasaki 750 3 cylinder 2 stroke. Got rid of it before I died. It was a flat out rocket. In the "real world" stock 928's don't keep up with bikes unless the rider is afraid of it, which probably happens lots.

jim not at all, the 2 bikes I have gone against I have no idea of the drivers skill all I know is that I was passing them in mine,
the part I dont like is the squabling back and forth and name calling, ppl dont need to get there nickers in a twist because someone doesnt believe there experience, just like ppl didnt think the pic of my speedo pegged at 270 was real, so I gave evidence proving it was a legit photo

The bike was pretty fast, and it must be a hell of a ride, but lets face it, he didn't have A/C on, tunes cranked, a buddy on board, a chilled bottle of coke between his knees, and holding onto a half eaten fruit pie in one hand during our little heads up drag race. Only in a 9-2-8!
Lizard, where did yo find that pic! Im printing it and its going in my garage! LOL. Id put it on my flight bag but i dont think it would go over too well as i travel around.

Lizard, No name calling here and I loved your camera work. I am driving a GT I bought off e bay back to Portland from NJ and might get a chance along those long straights of I 80 to get an interesting digital pic or 2.
