Interest in A-Pillar full replacement gauge cluster?

I have already taken this project to a glasser - it was cost-prohibitive to
lay-up the a-pillar gauge pod by hand. To keep the costs per 100 down, it looks like it will be either thermo-formed or pressure-formed.

A lot of the places that do that kind of stuff, only need a raw model of the object.
In fact, they prefer to do their own casting, to work with their equipment, etc...

Fiberglass pods
I have begun developement today on a new fiberglass pod. I have also bought the supplies to recover my pod an it looks like it should be a straight forward job. I will let everyone know how it turns out. I am just about to take the before pictures. I had to peel off the plastic cap and remove all of the silicon sealant.

What size guage's?
I'd like to see 3, but I won't complain if it's ends up being 2.
Count me in!

Regarding the question "whaty size gauges"
It is designed to hold standard 2 1/16" round gauges.
Number of pods: we had figured it for 2 pods... but as of late I am seeing
more 3 pod requests, especially from the boosted boys.
I have mounted gauges all over the place on my 928 - down by the ashtray, by the AC controls, even on the dash above the Vent. When I am busy (racing), I cannot get my eyes over to them and they go unobserved.
Far and away the single best place to mount critical gaughes so they do not escape your obervation is on the a-pilar. Right in your line-of-site, in your peripheral vision. Works great.
