This thread is starting to sound like auditions for a very bad B-Porno movie.

Progress on A-Pillar Gauge Cluster
Hey guys!
I actually have the first protype of the replacement a-pillar gauge cluster IN MY HANDS. There are 3 Pictures attached.
It has a nice, matte finish, and covers the existing a-pillar that we have without any mods or removal. It simply is formed to exactly mimic the contours of our existing 1978-1995 driver's side a-pillar trim piece, so with a little double-sided tape it snaps in place right over thee top with no holes to drill. A perfect fit and factory look - yet can be removed without damage to the 928 in the future if you desire.
We are making BOTH a 2-pod and a 3-pod unit for you.
I was talking to the thermo-former today, asked him "from date I approve the prototype to date I have product to ship... how long?" He said "3 weeks" - so better make it 4 to be safe. This prototype is just 3/16" too long... so I am sending it back to get it corrected.
I will keep you advised as I learn more. Right now I expect a late August ship date.
