I am expecting some greatest hits of dirty valley pictures you guys!
I looked for my old ones but apparently didn’t save them well enough.

the 86.5 had two inches of sludge with some rodent party favors floating on top...

Pretty crowded in there. Backlighting is key, then probe around with long thin tools to check for tight hose clamps, also to dab up oil. These engines can run years with a bit of oil or coolant in crevices, but this one should be cleaner. Could also be overfill spill? Sure its oil? Need some overview and close up pics, figure out how to do that, really helps the pros and super DIY guys here to diagnose.

I use a long flexible 18 inch penlight, about 20 dollars. Only way I found to surgically backlight under that intake.
