Default 928 S4 transmission cable clip at throttle quadrant loose

Plastic clip backing at throttle quadrant broken off - cable to throttle body loose - very late shifting up due to effect on Bowden cable (trans) - can the TB cable component be replaced or is it the entire cable assembly-using zip tie to hold clip (TB cable) to quadrant - apparently very miss adjusted.

Billy, is this the cable that goes all the way back to the trans your'e talking about?

Greg, does the TT need to be removed to get to the cable? I replaced 3 of the 4 cables, leaving the long one alone and now think I should've... now thats it back together it would seem like a pain to install new one having to travel through those foam style inserts along the top of the torque tube correct..?

I have verified the cable as the one to the TB from the T quadrant which again effects the cable adjustment to the trans (shifting) Bowden cable.
