It doesn't really take that much $. Look at the (other) Whipple SC threads & see what you can do for a few K.
That website has been up forever & he never updated it. I guess he never fine tuned the car? (or maybe he just drives it & forgot all about his website...)

Trust me, i know what the whipple setup is capable of as I share a garage with Andy and in a way - am his first customer.
The whipple setup has a high power to dollar ratio, but that webpage mentions cramming 16psi into a motor that was reworked with low compression pistons. I think for what it costs to do that setup, you could have bought several whipple kits.

With me, money is not the goal. I am fully aware I could drop the Evo kit, a turbo motor in or add some type of forced induction for less than I am spending. My goal is NA performance and something different. Kind of bragging rights and I like the NA performance with no lag and engine longevity issues. I probably should have built out to a 3.8, but I didn't. I have seen the 3.8 with 410 hp or so. I will be happy if I can get 350 to 360 range and keep my huge torque curve that comes on very early.
