Looks like old red will be heading out to the dismantlers...lol.
But, truth be told...my rims don't have a "number two" stud opening across from the center cap that lines up with the valve stem. Only stud hole that lines up with the valve stem...is the one the crest is pointing at. If this is truly the correct positioning...looks like l have to get out the drill bits and make some changes...

Just checked the Cup 1 in the basement...seem to be like your illustration.
My seven slots are similar to the phone dial...stud opening that is in line with valve stem...is the closest to the valve stem.
