928 specs
I've come across a set of 928 phone dials.
The seller read the following off the rim:
928 361 01 00 as well as GKAIF 112 MG
They are apparently a set of 16x7's and there is no information regarding the offset/et spec? Can anyone please let me know what the et would be and whether they are in fact 7" wide for the set? Many thanks!

I am assuming these are not some special magnesium rim but a generic aluminum set?
Any idea what the model year would be?
Thanks once again,

Good point !!! if the valve stem is as shown above these could be very early almost preproduction wheels. As such they actually might have some value to those with really early cars looking to get the "correct" rims.

To all posters who replied to my initial inquiry:
Your help is greatly appreciated---your ongoing insights and depth of knowledge are really exemplary (for lack of a better word)!
I've actually decided against making this purchase, and am instead slowly turning my attention to a more current set of D90's.
Is there anything in particular I should be looking for when assessing these wheels?
Once again, please feel free to expound with as much detail as you see fit!
Cheers,
AR

I believe the date code is 8/77 (8 small nubs around the 77 stamp).
Now, if the center cap emblem isn't pointing towards the valve stem...the car should most likely go to a dismantler.
Okay, maybe that's a bit extreme...lol.
