if you fade it enough, it shouldn't look cluttered. I've seen this effect on a lot of calendars!

haha, So this printer company, basically all that I will do is submit the pohto, with text under it and all as one image, choose which month and such, then they print it off with there pre-printed calender part. It's easier, but less options. But for the price, we can't argue!

Eyal, have you seen any hard copy prints? I don't mean pictures on the internet, I mean did you go into the print shop and see what an actual calendar from them looks like in real life. If the quality is crap than don't waste your time with them. I'm expecting stiff, glossy, prints.

Do they offer a choice in templates for the actual calendar month section. I'm sure most of us will want to come to some kind of agreement or vote on what template would look best. A Futuristic font would be more appropriate than some calligraphic fancy swirly text. As well Comic Sans MS would look like crap, for example.

Id rather pay $50+ for quality rather than $20-30 for value.

OK, so the quality is good, its not as good as if you payed 60 bucks, but its satisfactory, glossy thick paper, binded like any other real store bought calender etc. I can't make everyone happy, I would believe the hollidays are on it, im trying to get a hold of them to confirm that, i dont see why they wouldnt be there.
But like I said, i cant make everyone happy, but I'm sure as hell trying.
until the next post, later!

Default UPDATE NUMBER TWO!

OK. Contact with PCNA has been established as of now. A written letter must be sent to GERMANY stating that the porsche crest, in no way will be used (highlighted) I will further explain that if the crest on the car (hood, wheel, etc) might end up in the photo. They need to know that this calendar is made by me for rennlist ONLY and is not for sale anywhere else, its for enthusiast, made by an ENTHUSIAST. That i have permission to use the Rennlist logo (which I do). They need to know that the photos are amateur taken. These pictures are for our 2004 calendar ONLY, and will not be sold for a profit.

As I said, I have to send this to GERMANY for approval. This is VERY important.

I am asking for your help in ways to format and write this letter so that it is taken best by Porsche Germany. any suggestions, examples, or (especially) full written versions I can base mine from would be HUGELY appreciated. Thanks everyone, and I hope to get this on the road soon!

~Eyal
