Sorry I was referring to my Rogue Tuning DME board.
I need to send it to FTECH9 for a defect repair but also wanted to coordinate the repair with an OBD2 upgrade when available for the Rogue DME as it is different than the Ftech9 board.
Thanks

Hi Joe - I had to re-solder all the joints to get my 1986 cooling fan relay working this past weekend. Do you have info about an early order of the SS relay?

I am not sure what the best route is here. If anyone wants to chime in with thoughts or suggestions I would very much appreciate it.

I am getting very close to a high level of confidence in the new Solid-State Fan relay. I expect to start a formal thread on Rennlist next week and build an initial batch of Fan SSRs. There are still some verification and validation activities I need to do, but we are on track for a roll out in a week or two.

Out of curiosity, what are you using to do your board layouts?

Hi Jeff,
I use Eagle for all my current products. Nothing I am doing up to this point has been too complicated, so I have been able to get away with it. However, in a year or two I will I will likely need to switch to Altium. At that point I expect a level of product sophistication and diversity to justify the effort and cost to migrate. I will also be doing a lot more with Solidworks and I want to take advantage of the MCAD/ECAD integration these tools offer.

May I be so bold as to suggest KiCad? Version 6 is approaching Altium in sophistication and you can't beat the price.
(Bias disclosure: I'm a contributor to KiCad. But it's open source and completely free, so I gain nothing from its adoption beyond pride.)

Hi Folks - does any one have the stock DME and KLR binary or hex files for a 1986 951 (DME sticker is 1267355235)?
It appears that mine were upgraded by Club Sport Autowerks Engineering and there's no reference to what might have been done.
I did find a DME binary file from Rogue's Tuner Pro Bundle but can't find any KLR binaries in my rennlist and google searches.
Thanks in advance!
Mike

I do have the KLR but I need to open it to get the EEPROM. I have plans on this anyway. For the DME, I need to check if I have the original... So many changes made during years of work.
I can give you BIN and HEX files.
They come from a 1986 951 USA (California)
Will try to give you this before tomorrow end of day.
Cheers,
Charles
