Seat is in. As with all side mount seats, it was a pain to install. I went straight to the floor with some universal aluminium mounts. Had to drill a couple extra holes and trim off some extra seat mount, but it's in now and feels great. Seems like lots of helmet clearance and good fit between the tunnel and the outer sill. Pretty happy with it and it looks pretty at home in the old car.

Yes! Now that's what I was talking about! Very nice and thank you for posting the photos. I have much improved confidence these are the seats I want. Outstanding.

I'll warn you though, I may bug you with questions as soon as I can afford these. What size did you pick and how tall are you?

Thanks again,

These are the regular size version, not the big boy seat. I'm built like a race car driver, so 6' tall and about 155lbs. They fit me pretty well, but not as tight as some other seats I've had. The one in my race car I have to wedge myself into and I'm thin, so that's saying something! The ergos are a bit more of a regular fit with slightly lower seat sides and more relaxed shoulder support. It's still a race seat, but not as extreme as others.
