Danke. I'll post the models after I make a couple tweaks. Right now the base is a bit thick and the speaker grille contacts the side of the dash. Not full-on squish, but enough that I want to change it. I'll also do some larger more generic attachments that will fit more cups/containers.
These were designed around one particular cup, but that's one of the many great things about additive manufacturing. You can design the -exact- part you want/need for a given situation.
Also - Van, thanks for making youtube videos. They really helped me out on the front wheel bearings and timing/balance belts.

FINALLY nailed down the ideal sizing to plug the TDC view window!

I didn't want to mess with my flywheel sensors. Someone indicated their diameters were identical to the TDC sensor hole - can anyone verify? If so, the same plug should work for all three.
I will post the .STL files shortly so anyone can print their own.

These plugs should be printed using a flexible filament - ABS or PLA *might* work, but they will likely be one-time use.
Me and my "printing guy" were talking about that. He hasn't tried the flex stuff in his new printer yet. We were kinda thinking one use as well. If it's cheap enough, I'll just order one from you To support your work if nothing else. I'm big on that. Why I own a Solid State (fuel-pump prime) DME relay!

I'm VERY interested in one of these. If you come up with a design that can hold a med/large drive through cup, I'm sold!
What would be really cool was something that could fold up when not in use, and fold out when needed.....
I need to pick one of these up..... But I guess putting the Porsche back together comes first.
What are you using for your flexible filament? And do you need a heated bed?

I don't think a heated bed is necessary for these smaller parts - but I am using the recommended 60°C bed temp. Ninjaflex sticks extremely well, so I use a thin layer of glue-stick on the bed beforehand.
I have a Lulzbot Taz 5, and I use the flexystruder (direct drive) head for this filament. Apparently the standard head will work, but it may jam or clog. I've had zero problems printing using recommended settings.
