Default What wheels are those?

Can you identify these wheels? They look like Azev A, but i assume they are not.

No they just kind of resemble some Ronals I owned once (Which were called R-15's, but this is not them) but bought them second hand. They could very well be some other brand but the center cap style with the lock screw is identical to my old Ronals. German almost certainly, Ronal likely.

They could also be Avez or Borbet, all have some overlaping styles.

ROH also used one offset bolt for the center cap on some models. Should be marked under center cap.
