Was there a M030 suspension option on the 944S? Was the LSD standard on it?

M030 wasn't available in 1987, it started in 1988. M474 was sport suspension (Konis) available for the 87 MY.

LSD (M220) was an option. From the cars I've seen, it looks like about 10% of the cars were produced with LSD.

You'd think LSD would be more common on the higher-performance models, and maybe it is on the Turbos, but I've only ever seen or heard of one S that had factory LSD.

I've been looking for a low-mile LSD S transaxle for quite a while and have never seen one.
