Try: www.automotivetouchup.com. They sell all different sizes of paints that are perfect color match.

Most "ready to spray" paints are enamel. Urethane is a professional grade paint which can be done with just color (single stage) or two stage (base coat color and clear coat).

Enamel(rustoleum/tractor supply paint) - good for farm equipment, commercial stuff, not solvent/gas tolerant.
Personally, if doing a repaint/touch-up job, I would do a 2k primer surfacer, 2k sealer, 2k High Build, block it, Urethane basecoat, then clear it.
Prep is where it's at, otherwise your end results will be lackluster.

I would rather go to my local auto paint supplier and have them color match the paint, ie fender, hood, quarter. This will ensure a match to UV faded paint/clear, otherwise you'll notice a brighter fender/clear than the rest of the car.
If you're doing just a panel repair/repaint I would do the following:
Wetsand w/600 grit,
Use Nason® 421-24™ Primer Aerosol can
Use Nason® 441-37™ Aerosol Fill-In Can
Clear with a 2k Aerosol http://www.eastwood.com/eastwood-s-2...oss-clear.html
Get the Nason® 441-37™ Aerosol Fill-In Can color matched at the auto paint supplier and no compressor/gun/cleanup, just dump it when you're done and save $$$ and time.
Or check out eastwood's stuff and see what floats your boat:

Arominus is 100% correct, this is some rough stuff, so all safety requirements should be followed, that's if you value your life, and anyone in the general area of you spraying urethane paint.

Do the prep and get the results you expect.
This is the re-done hood, side panels, and grill on my simplicity legacy tractor using 600 grit wetsanding, Nason 2k high build primer, Nason base and clear, all aerosol cans, and clearcoat wet sanded with 1500 and 2000. $75 worth of materials with my discount with plenty of primer base and clear for another go around.
All done in the garage to boot. Just keep the dust to a minimum, use a wax and grease removal spray, dry the panel(s), then tack cloth it right before you spray.
I have all the new stickers for the tractor, just haven't put them back on yet, this weekend it'll be done.
