944 Part Weights

I've been pursuing weight reduction as the primary means of improving the performance of my 944S, and I have been measuring the weight of a lot of parts that I've removed or replaced. I thought others might be interested in the information, so here it is. I'm using a small digital postal scale with a 75 pound capacity. I've tested it against some known weights and it is accurate to less than an ounce, which is good enough for my purposes. I'll try to update the list as I gather more data.
Interior
Early sport seats with rails: 34 lb 11 oz
Late 4-way power seat with rails: 49 lb
Factory toolkit (mostly complete, I think): 3lb 4 oz
Rear seatbelts (belts and receivers): 2 lb 13 oz
Center armrest/console lid: 14 oz
Door armrest (late style): 1 lb 8 oz
Door pocket (late style): 10.9 oz
Door panel: 4 lb 1 oz
Header panel: 2 lb 9 oz
Spare tire: 33 lb 6 oz
Hatch release motor: 1 lb 8 oz
Rear seat (upper and lower): 24 lb 12 oz
Carpet and most sound deadening (except the stuck-on remnants and the tar board): 62 lb
Exterior
Power mirror: 4 lb 1 oz
Bumper shock: 4 lb 4 oz
NA front brake caliper (loaded): 12 lb
Cruise control actuator and cable: 3 lb 6 oz
Power steering system (pump, rack, tie rods, hoses, intermediate shaft and hardware): 29 lb 10 oz
Manual steering system (rack, tie rods, intermediate shaft): 13 lb 12 oz
By my calculations, I've removed about 160 lb from my car at the moment. I'll be adding a bit back with sound deadening, and taking off some more eventually with some fiberglass bits.
