repainted panels, 15k on belts, no service records, "upgraded" wheels.

I would like to know who is bidding on this, because i have an uber-rare 924S that they might be interested in! Car and Driver loved it in the 80's!

Is this real? I do have some doubt, but if it's real it's a definite sign values are headed upward.

A clean 1986 turbo just sold on BAT for 22k. Crazier things have happened. The low mileage GREAT condition cars seemed to be drawing a premium. I don't think these are across the board prices.

I was going to buy what was essentially a showroom 86 Turbo (110k kms) with some minor upgrades that needed a head gasket for $10k CAD over a year ago when my S2 that I own now first disappeared. Deal unfortunately fell through, speculation on price, second thoughts on selling the car etc. Funny seeing a similar car, albiet an 89 (but with less documentation than the 86 I saw) going for that much.. Sure hope he manages to find this sort of money for his car! Would've been laughing to the bank if I over quadrupled my $$$$, or asking price in his case, within 12 months!

The name Dick Bigalow sounds trollish. Might be a gag? Idk. Definitely an odd read

I know my 951 isn't pristine or worth as much as others, but I'm glad I don't have plans to sell
