Time for belt change. But not the pump yet.
did you guys replace all the rollers as well? Or just the belt?

Can't go wrong with any of those vendors. I'm a Paragon-Products guy and Jason has been good to me for many years (since the early 2000's). I think my belt and roller kit was just a tad over $200 (gates belts).
Good luck!

I follow the information on Clarks-Garage and Porsche Dealer regarding the roller change-very similiar.
BUT, any roller with a gritty feel or spins weird is immediately changed.
Make sure you grab the WP water pump impeller and pull---tug--wiggle-check for any moisture on the shaft. ANY uncommon "feel",, the WP water pump should be replaced.

Second on the Clarks Garage :-)
Also consider the front seals if you see oil around there (Balance shaft housing and oil pump O-rings seals, and sealant).
I am in the midst of my first timing belt change.
It's become an adventure of finding the "other" stuff that needed maintenance.
