What type of foam? Resin? Fiberglass?

Rigid sheet from big box hardware stores.
The resin varies dependent upon what your making. Mold or part
Same with gel coat.
The final parts are:
White external gel coat
Lay-up resin
2- 1 1/2 oz. Mat
1- 10 oz. Cloth

All products from US composites. I can't find anyone that competes with their pricing.

I have yet to pull a hood from the mold. What is pictured is the plug for the mold, and the mold hanging on the wall in some pics.
After I produce my hood I'll let you know if others will be made. If in fact I do, yours will be the first.

nice work, why not completely separate the nose piece from the fenders?

It is made in three pieces, separates just like original bodywork.
Produced front fenders over the weekend, <6lbs ea.

Are you going to make a set of front fenders for the turbo/S2?

Fenders made for this front end. Kit will fit any 944. Turbo and s2 cars would need N/a headlight covers, header panel, and bumper.

Currently the plan is to only sell this body on my builds...

$$$$ talks however.

Here is the widebody finished for the first time. Body panels are only hanging on the chassis, not aligned.
When I have this car on the ground I'll post more pictures.

This widebody on a newly acquired '86 turbo, Black w/tan.
